Non-Returnable Items:<\/b> Certain items are non-returnable<\/b> for hygiene or safety reasons (e.g.,personal care items, perishable goods).<\/p>\n

How to Initiate a Return:<\/b><\/p>\n

Contact our customer service team at sales@sepayong.co with your order number and the reason for the return.<\/p>\n

We\u2019ll provide you with return instructions and a shipping label (if applicable).<\/p>\n

Processing Time:<\/b> Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 7-14 business days<\/b>. You will be notified via email.<\/p>\n
